When purchasing for drops you will need 2x the amount you will use for injections. 5000iu is enough for 25 injections of 200iu if taken as directed you will get 32 days on the diet. The equivalent for drops would be 10,000iu

For drops:
The glass vials have a breakable top and no extra needles are needed to extract the HCG you can pour it if you get this type.When you get your order, you can store it at room temp until you are ready to use it. There is a 2 year shelf life prior to mixing.
Your HCG will come with 2 vials. One has a powder in it and the other has a liquid in it. The liquid vial is useless and will be thrown away.
Use Clear Liquor: (rum, vodka, gin, etc.) This helps your body absorb the HCG and preserves the HCG solution while you use it.
Lasts up to 30 days refrigerated.
Get an amber glass bottle you can find these at a health food store. Blue is ok and clear is ok, but then you need to wrap the bottle in tin foil to keep it away from light as much as possible if it is clear.
Get a 1ml/cc medicine syringe for baby medication
Get a larger 5 ml syringe for drawing the water and alcohol to make your solution.
You will be taking the HCG liquid under your tongue and holding it there as long as you can until it absorbs.
Mixing instructions:
For best results mix 2 weeks at a time which would be 5000iu
In your small glass bottle mix: 5 ml water (can be tap water or bottled water) 5 ml liquor ~ Draw up a small amount of your solution in your syringe, enough to make the HCG powder into a liquid. It dissolves very quickly.
If you have a glass HCG vial with a yellow or red stripe across the top, you need to cover the top with a napkin and break it off. If you have a glass HCG vial with a plastic top, you need to pop that off & work at the aluminum ring to get the rubber top off. (OR you can get a large needle to inject some solution into it & draw the HCG out)
Put your small amount of liquid into the HCG bottle and swirl the vial until all the HCG is dissolved. Roll mixture gently
Pour (or draw if you are using a needle) the dissolved HCG into your glass bottle.
Store this solution in the refrigerator. To use the solution, draw up the following amount for each dose.
Remember, sublingual doses need to be taken twice daily. Most people take their first dose after waking and their last dose before bed.
When using the sublingual method you cannot skip a day as we do for injections.
(approximately every 12 hours)
.125 cc (or 12 on an insulin syringe) = 62.5 IU per dose, 125 IU daily
.15 cc (or 15 on an insulin syringe) = 75 IU per dose, 150 IU daily
.2 cc (or 20 on an insulin syringe) = 100 IU per dose, 200 IU daily
.25 cc (or 25 on an insulin syringe) = 125 IU per dose, 250 IU daily.
3 cc (or 30 on an insulin syringe) = 150 IU per dose, 300 IU daily.
I myself would never do a dose lower than 200iu and most people that have hunger issues are at a dose of 150iu or lower per day so its best to start higher and tweak it if you have to.
Hold dose under tongue as long as you can allowing it to dissolve into your tissue. Do not drink or eat 30 minutes before or after you take each dose.
