In your small glass bottle mix: 5 ml water (can be tap water or bottled water) 5 ml liquor ~ Draw up a small amount of your solution in your syringe, enough to make the HCG powder into a liquid. It dissolves very quickly.

If you have a glass HCG vial with a yellow or red stripe across the top, you need to cover the top with a napkin and break it off. If you have a glass HCG vial with a plastic top, you need to pop that off & work at the aluminum ring to get the rubber top off. (OR you can get a large needle to inject some solution into it & draw the HCG out)

Put your small amount of liquid into the HCG bottle and swirl the vial until all the HCG is dissolved. Roll mixture gently
Pour (or draw if you are using a needle) the dissolved HCG into your glass bottle.
Store this solution in the refrigerator. To use the solution, draw up the following amount for each dose.

Remember, sublingual doses need to be taken twice daily. Most people take their first dose after waking and their last dose before bed.

When using the sublingual method you cannot skip a day as we do for injections.

.125 cc (or 12 on an insulin syringe) = 62.5 IU per dose, 125 IU daily
.15 cc (or 15 on an insulin syringe) = 75 IU per dose, 150 IU daily
.2 cc (or 20 on an insulin syringe) = 100 IU per dose, 200 IU daily
.25 cc (or 25 on an insulin syringe) = 125 IU per dose, 250 IU daily.
3 cc (or 30 on an insulin syringe) = 150 IU per dose, 300 IU daily.

I myself would never do a dose lower than 200iu and most people that have hunger issues are at a dose of 150iu or lower per day so its best to start higher and tweak it if you have to.

Hold dose under tongue as long as you can allowing it to dissolve into your tissue. Do not drink or eat 30 minutes before or after you take each dose.

Before you begin read Pounds and Inches written by Dr. ATW Simeon.  For best results read the South Beach Diet as well it will help you to understand what foods will work on the diet.  

You will also need a low carb or a no sugar no starch plan to follow for 3 weeks following a round of HCG injections to reset your hypothalamus.  South Beach is a great option and highly recommended.

Before you mix please watch the mixing video first it will help you to avoid most mistakes that are made.

Wash your hands with soap and water and prepare a work area that is clean, you can also disinfect with Lysol.  

To begin mixing pop off the plastic tops of your HCG and your bacteriostatic water then clean the rubber seal tops with an alcohol pad.  You will only need the HCG and the bacteriostatic water to mix with. 

Note: HCG sometimes comes with a second vial, it contains a small amount of sodium chloride but it is not enough to mix with for our purposes so we can just discard it.

Make sure the mixing needle is screwed together tightly by taking off the needle and screwing it back on. 

For this mix you will use all 10ml of your bacteriostatic water so there will be no waste.  You will take 1ml of your bacteriostatic sodium chloride and add that to your HCG vial to melt the powdered disc to liquid.   Roll it around to get all the powder wet.  Take that liquid from HCG bottle and add back to your bacteriostatic water making it 10ml again.  
Now you have a total of 10ml bacteriostatic water which also contains your HCG.  Roll gently and refrigerate.  

Note: you need to keep the pressures in the HCG ampoules and the bacteriostatic water vials equal that is why we first draw up air and insert into the bottle we are withdrawing fluid from.  If you do not do this, it becomes difficult to draw out the fluid  Example: Pull back on the syringe plunger to draw up an amount of air equal to the amount of fluid that will be extracted and inject the air into the bottle before you extract the liquid out, this keeps the pressure in the container equal.

Note:  after drawing out daily injection bring to body temperature 98 degrees.  You may run under hot water to do this faster.  Wipe off injection area with alcohol pad and let dry prior to injecting,  inject 1-2 inches to the left or right of your belly button or another fatty area of the body that you are comfortable with.  

Just rest the needle on tummy and if you feel a pinch don’t go in. Go in when you feel nothing.  You have complete control of needle and should literally feel nothing.  Make sure you inject slowly just a few units at a time counting to five between each 5-10 units.   If you are comfortable with injection you can do it faster but its best to start out slow. 

How much you inject is up to you.  Dr. Simeon’s had recommended starting at 125iu when the diet was first developed and newer information from Kevin Trudeau recommends 175iu and higher.  The sweet spot for most people seems to be at 200 iu which is 50 units on the needle. Just a warning in case you want to start at a lower dose, very few people are successful at 125iu and often end up quitting the diet.

You may skip injection one day a week same day every week but remain on the low calorie diet to avoid building up immunity to the HCG and to do longer rounds.   Women you may also skip the heaviest days of your menstruation cycle because you already have a significant amount of HCG in your body during that time.
